Congratulations on your Best Commuter Business designation! We are ready to deliver your awards. This RSVP form will help us plan our delivery route and communications with you throughout the day.
For worksites outside the City of Tacoma (represented by Debbie Germer), deliveries will take place on Tuesday, March 10.
For worksites within the City of Tacoma (represented by Rebekah Mingus), deliveries will take place on Wednesday, March 11.
Here is our tentative schedule for the March 10 deliveries. This schedule may change depending on RSVPs.
Gig Harbor: ~8:30 a.m.
Sumner: ~9:15 a.m.
Puyallup: ~9:45 a.m.
Frederickson: ~10:15 a.m.
Parkland: ~11 a.m.
JBLM and Camp Murray sites: ~11:30-12:30 p.m.
DuPont: ~1:30-2:30 p.m.
Lakewood: ~3-4 p.m.

North End: ~10 a.m.
Stadium: ~10:30 a.m.
Tideflats: ~11:15 a.m.
Downtown Tacoma: ~11:30 p.m.
McKinley/Lincoln: ~12:30 p.m.
Sprague, South Tacoma: ~1:30 p.m.
Will you be available to receive the award on the date/time we have listed above?
We highly encourage you to invite your manager and relevant higher-ups to join you as we deliver the award. A goal of the Best Commuter Business program is to show management the success and value of your work in order to gain support.
Please let us know where we should deliver the award box and include any relevant arrival instructions.
